Information we collect
When you create a Ledwyn account we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile phone number and business name. We also store the receipts, statements and transactions you upload so we can provide the service. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information only to operate Ledwyn: to record and categorize your transactions, produce your reports, send reminders you've turned on, and support your account. Receipt images and statements may be analyzed by a third-party AI service solely to extract transaction details for you.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you text a receipt to Ledwyn's number, you agree to receive text messages from Ledwyn related to your account, such as confirmations that a receipt was received and reminders you have enabled.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Ledwyn, such as payment processing, hosting, messaging and receipt analysis, and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can update your profile and notification preferences in your account settings, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by contacting us.
Terms of Service
By using Ledwyn you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your login secure. Ledwyn is a bookkeeping tool and does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice; please review your records and consult a qualified professional before filing. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
